Definition: Traffic, trade, the transaction of business between two or more persons. 2. The English statute 6 Geo. IV. c. 16, s. 81, declares all dealings with a bankrupt, within a certain time immediately before his bankruptcy, to be void. It has been held, under this statute, that payments were included under the term "dealings." M. & M. 137, 3 Car. & P. 85, S. C. 14 Eng. C. L. R. 219.
