I subscribed to the Ladders for one month and didnt see the value so i canceled the membership. I think that the Ladders is a good site for people in banking or maybe finance, but for attorney jobs, just go to the law firm sites, indeed, career builder or monster. In fact, most head hunters and placement firms offer free access to their jobs. Why would they charge users a fee to look at jobs when they make money by actually placing people in the jobs?
