Lets say i want to bring 2-3 other people into a deal, but i dont want any of them to steal the deal form me. Do we all sign the same non-disclosure agreement? Sign separate ones? Sign something else?

Use an NDA with non-compete and non-solicitation. Make sure that they all sign BEFORE you share business ideas. Otherwise, you have no recourse.
