Has anyone used a power of attorney to run a business? A client has a properly signed power of attorney signed by his brother to operate his business while he is on vacation and the agent has been unsuccessful dealing with vendors and distributors serving the brother's business.

I just wanted to see if the forum community had any experience with the use of POAs in this situation.
