My ultimate goal is to work in London, Paris or Brussels after graduation. I have taken a many international law courses and i speak fluent Spanish.
My question is how do i apply for a position in another country when i am physically in the US? How do I do this?
How do I get a job with an American firm in Europe? Can I get a summer internship doing this?
Are there foreign firms that want Americans with American law degrees?

Many large domestic law firms with multi-national presence are located in New York or Chicago or Washington DC. I would check with those law firms for openings. At a minimum, you should get some insight on the international opportunities in London, Paris or Brussels.

There are many posting for international law attorneys or for attorneys that are bilingual. The problem is that you need to have finished law school and be practicing as an attorney. In your case, the best you can do is work for a firm that is international and has an international presence. Otherwise, no one will consider you.
I would also check out michaelpage.com. They list a bunch of international jobs on this site. Mainly business or finance, but just the same its an international job.

Check out the Lawyer's Weekly in MA, MI or IL. There are a bunch of job posting for clerking positions and lateral attorney positions.

I agree with the posts completely. Unfortunately, i dont live in NY, IL or DC, so applying for such a position maybe even more difficult. Just the same, a domestic firm with international presence is my best option for practicing international law. Thanks All!
