I dont handle bankruptcy, but i am helping out a friend/client: 1. Is it considered a preferential payment if to continue making loan payments to loans which you are planing to re-affirm? 2. What happens to late payments in Chapter 7 bankruptcy for auto loans that you plan to re-affirm? 3. How do you initiate an re-affirmation of a loan?
