I have a bit of an odd question. I have a Michigan case involving two entities where I am the plaintiff. Jurisdiction for the action is proper in both Wayne County and Oakland County. I was wondering if I should consider the difference between the two counties and if there is a preference between filing in either county considering by status as plaintiff?

Generally speaking, if you are a plaintiff you want to be in Wayne County. Historically, it is much more plaintiff friendly than Oakland. But simply based on what you questions asks without anything more to consider, I would choose Wayne to file my case if I had the option.
