W-2 deadline 6 Months ago Karma: 0  
I have a client that went out of business last year and all his records have been discards, stored or shredded. We can not sure how to go about creating a W-2 for the employees and we are not sure when the W-2's are due. Some guidance would be appreciated.

If you file the W-2s online then you have until March 31st to submit timely.
