I am interested in purchasing a home that is subject to a short sale. I submitted the offer, proof of funds, credit application, and the appraisal came back in line with the offer. The problem is that Bank of America has not looked at the offer and they are dragging their feet when it comes to deciding whether to approve my offer. I'm not sure what to do so i thought i would see if the forum community had any ideas for me.
