I wasn't sure where to pose this question. It relates to the new Health Care bills. Is it true that you can go to jail for not having health insurance under the proposed House health care bill?

They intend to tax a person who refuses to buy health care coverage, and if you don't pay that tax, the penalty is jail time.

if you went to jail for not having health insurance, then you would at least get free health care in jail.

When a person is driving or is in actual physical control of a vehicle within this state and is under the influence of alcoholic beverages, any chemical substance, when affected to the extent that the person's normal faculties are impaired; has a blood or breath-alcohol level of 0.08 or more. DUI (Driving Under Influence ) is a serious criminal offence that result the suspension of driving license.
