plagarism in 2003 2 Years, 4 Months ago
In 2003 (my freshan year) i was reported to the dean of acedemic affiars at Michigan State University for plagarism. I was permitted to stay and complete my program in engineering. I completed by BS in electrical engineering in 2008 and with a 3.56 GPA. i am seriously considering applying to law school. I took the December LSAT and scored 164. Its not great, but it will get me into a T50 law school. My question is whether this plagarism blemish which does not appear on my transcripts must be disclosed to the law schools to which i apply?

If i dont mention it and they find out about it then i'm screwed. If i tell them about it and it sways their decison, then i'm screwed. Options? Comments?
