In 2003 (my freshan year) i was reported to the dean of acedemic affiars at Michigan State University for plagarism. I was permitted to stay and complete my program in engineering. I completed by BS in electrical engineering in 2008 and with a 3.56 GPA. i am seriously considering applying to law school. I took the December LSAT and scored 164. Its not great, but it will get me into a T50 law school. My question is whether this plagarism blemish which does not appear on my transcripts must be disclosed to the law schools to which i apply?
If i dont mention it and they find out about it then i'm screwed. If i tell them about it and it sways their decison, then i'm screwed. Options? Comments?

I think you only need to disclose what is listed on your transcripts. Do you have an official copy of your transcripts? Dont guess as to what is on there. Make sure you know. Also, do schools disclose things such as your plagarism blemish even though its on listed on your transcripts? Its hard to say
