recourse loan 2 Years, 2 Months ago  
If a promissory not doesnt state whether its recourse or non-recourse, is it automatically non-recourse? In other words, does a promissory note need to say that its non-recourse in order for it to be non-recourse?

Its only recourse if you state in the note that there is no personal liability.
