installment agreement 2 Years, 3 Months ago  
Is there a way to structure a purchase agreement whereby the buyer secures the installment re-payment with life insurance which decreases in value at the same rate as the reduction in the installment payment obligation? I guess my question is which an insurance policy would have structured decreases in policy values in accordance with the purchase agreement or if a new policy would need to be acquired annually in relation with the decease in the installment payment obligation.

You would need to purchase a decreasing benefit life insurance policy.
