When you file bankruptcy are you request to prove all expenses or only certain larger ones? For example, if you rent your house from your parents and you pay my rent by check, but utilities in cash how would you prove the previous cash payments?

What if your car is registered in your parent's name and you are on her insurance? So when I fill out my schedule J will I have to prove all this stuff? Can I count this stuff? I'm so confused.

The bankruptcy trustee will demand proof of all expenses otherwise your application is incomplete and you will be delayed a final termination of your case.

WHat if the proof doesnt exists? What if money orders were used to pay bills and the carbons were not saved? Is there an estimate that can be used?
