I would avoid them like the plague. First, I signed up with them for the June test. At the last minute (two weeks before the test) they cancelled the class. I was angry, but they offered to enroll me in their September class for the October test. The entire summer goes by and I am studying their materials getting ready for the class, and a week before the class they tell me through some mix-up I was never registered for the September class. I was confused because I was in constant contact with the guy who runs the LSAT division for the company the entire summer. How can you not know I wasn't registered? The class was booked up and I was out of luck again. I called to ask if there was some way to get me into the class. He says "I'll try to get you in the class." This part is important, because after a week of going back and forth with them, he fails to never tell me that there was no way I was getting in the class. Why he didn't just tell me that flat out, I don't know. I felt like I was being jerked around. I didn't like the way I was treated or talked to, so I asked for a refund. That was a mess, because they emailed me only after I emailed them to ask them about when I was getting my refund. Their email consisted of them not having a record of me paying me. I had to send an email with bank statement attached, to prove I paid. I don't know what type of company they are running, but they are disorganized and unprofessional. Studying for the LSAT is stressful enough without having to deal with stuff like this. Go with another company.
