If you think they are employing good strategies, then by all means use it. But to use it for their guarantee is kind of silly for two reasons...
1) Say you get the 165. Then the guarantee doesnt apply.
2) If you dont get the 165, you wasted your time on the class, and if you learned nothing you now might have to spend money on another class.

Then what? Say you dont get the 165 on test day, they tell you what?? Sorry? Heres your money back?? I'd rather have a 165.

"if you do not score at least 165, your subsequent LSAT prep support is FREE." As you can see from this quote taken directly from their website, you will not be refunded. If you desire additional LSAT prep, they will provide it to you, free.

If a person failed to get their "guaranteed" 165 minimum, then why would someone take them up on their offer for free support? If it didn't work the first time, then there is a 99.9~% chance that it won't work any subsequent times either.

The test prep company is most vulnerable to criticism on the grounds that the argument fails to consider
(A) that multiple attempts in classroom prep will not achieve the desired result of a 165+ score
