When I was 22 I plead guilty to attempted insurance fraud for making a false police report on my car claiming that it was stolen when it wasnt. Then about 4 months later while i was still under probation for the insurance case i got a DUI barley exceeding the legal limit. Now i am 29 and I would like to get my recorded cleaned, i am told that I cant get my record expunged because i have 2 offenses on my record. Well, these offenses are keeping me from getting work and i really need to land a job. Can someone tell me what to do to expunge and clear my record? When will the offenses fall off?
