Hi Sorry, i'm not a lwyer - but i had a question anyway.

Consult an attorney, but I think you should specifically disinherit your family members and add a no contest clause to your will. But I think you need to specifically disinherit them so that they dont claim that you forgot about them. Good Luck.<br><br>Post edited by: naoum, at: 2007/02/02 23:54

Be careful with the use of no-contest clauses. Some flexibility may need to be incorporated in them as the personal representatives or successor trustees may need to alter the documents for administrative purposes. A no-contest clause, if not drafted property would hinder this ability.
