Can i put buy/sell provisons in an operating agreement or should they be a separately signed writing.

This is for an LLC. If someone is will to donate sample language it would be much appreciated.

Also, I need some equipment lease language. Thx.

I dont have any equipment lease language, but i recommend that the BSA be a separate document so that it is signed separately by the parties and it may hold more weight as to whether there was a valid contract. I would also reference the BSA in the operating agreement and have teh BSA authorized by an action of the board of directors/officers.
