I guess the question is does this add encourage the break down of marriage so that the attorneys have more clients or is this ad reaching out to those already intending to end their marriage; or both.
I think its smart marketing. Its may encourage divorce and then cause a future remarriage and then cause another divorce. Its job security for divorce attorneys. See this link below for a recent story on divorce in America.
