bruised child 5 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Husband and wife are in the middle of a divorce and the only child has a bruise on his stomach. The mother thinks the father was beating the child b/c the father has a temper. What weight will a court give to the child's testimony? Child is 4 years old. State is NV.

If this turns criminal then I will need to send this out to a defense attorney in NV. Referrals welcome.
