Client is a vitcim of someone taking pictures of her while she is in her home. The photgrapher was using a high zoom camera/video camera. My client's images are on the internet. Was is the best way to have these images removed? To whom should a complaint be filed? State prosecutor? Website administators will not say who posted the pictures.

You should start with the local police, this was a blantant violation of the law. The police will shift it to a detective and the county prosecutor will handle from there on.
