Have a domestic seller of real property transfering the property to a foreign corporation. I am representing the domestic seller. Any special reporting requirements for the seller when selling to a foriegn buyer? If so, are teh reporting requirements on the seller or the buyer? What is seller's responsibility as regards to the seller?

I believe that there is only a reporting obligation when the foreign buyer sells the property, but i wanted to check with this thread to make sure. Thx.
