Non-resident estate plan 5 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 3  
Have a client that is British but with property in the US. Client has a green card. So, does the client qualify as a resident for estate planning purposes? What issues should I be concerned with?

Any comments would be appreciated.

Is this person applying for citizenship? Just curious. That may take care of a lot of issues.
