design defect - class action 6 Months, 2 Weeks ago

On many motorcycles, the battery is located near the fuel lines. My boyfriend almost had a fire yesterday when he was changing the battery on the bike. It seems as if the location of the battery next to the fuel line is an automatic hazard. There were no injuries to report, but it seems as if there is a design defect. Its a Buell motorcycle.
Anyone aware of any class actions for motorcycle design defects like this? How can i search for class action lawsuits?

Class action notices are sent to known owners of the consumer products. If you didnt get one chances are that a class action was not filed.

Hard though, but dig in some more. LK is right, Class action notices are customarily sent to known owners. If no suit was filed as yet, you may oblige yourself to initiate one, in that case, dyrah can be right.
