articles are filed with the state. You will need a letter from the IRS stating that the entity is a non-profit under internal revenue code section 501c3 or a corresponding section. The IRS application is lengthy and will take 3-6 months to get approval. Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
