That video is part of their campaign to change their image. They recently shortened their name and now they created a video to bring attention to the fact that they changed their name.

I know someone who worked there and went to another firm for more $

I think you will see more firms using the web rather than traditional publications as the primary means of advertisment.

In this market, get in where you can!!!

Well, I must say they are successful at defining their image with that video. Looked at their website and see that they are into community responsibility, other San Francisco-esque ideology. That's cool. I also saw that most of the people in the vid actually work for the firm.
