Job Description:
• Incumbents are highly qualified attorneys who are recognized technical experts in one or two specialized areas of the law such as labor/employee relations, securities law, taxation and real estate law.
• The incumbent is responsible for all aspects of providing legal services within his/her specialized area.
• Incumbents are senior level practioners and the scope of the job is usually corporate-wide.
• Incumbents are assigned the most complex legal issues/projects, which often involve major consequences for the Corporation.

Must haves:
• J.D. Degree
• Member of the Bar
• At least 8 years experience as a practicing attorney, at either a law firm or Corporation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, demonstrated negotiation skills, proven ability to manage outside counsel and an in-depth knowledge of federal, state and local statutes as they apply to areas of specialization.
