US Law Schools in Foreign Countries 1 Year, 11 Months ago Karma: 0  
Are there any ABA accredited laws schools outside the US? I know that Tulane offers summer programs in other countries, lie Montreal, but i am not sure if you can study abroad for most or all of the degree

Check out the ABA site for rules for accepting foreign credits. Check this out first. http://www.americanbar.org/groups/legal_education/resources/foreign_study.html

According to the ABA site, the ABA has adopted three sets of criteria applicable to study abroad: (1) Criteria for Approval of Foreign Summer and Intersession Programs Established by ABA-Approved Law Schools (revised August 2010); (2) Criteria for Approval of Semester and Year-Long Study Abroad Programs (revised August 2010); and (3) Criteria for Student Study at a Foreign Institution.
