When i took Fed Jur, there were 8 ppl in the class and it wasnt case book based, rather it was off the hip. If you study case note briefs from the case book, then you should be able to organize an outline off of that.

Case note briefs would be great if my prof followed the case book, but no such luck. Any the outlines on the net suck. Looks like i'm on my own.
