Green Card Holder - Retired. File Tax Returns? 6 Years, 1 Month ago Karma: 0
My grandfather is a green card holder since 3 years and he is living with my uncle. My grandfather is not employed and not collecting unemployment. My question is whether it is necessary for him to fill out a tax return each year even if he is not working? If he doesnt file a tax return due to no wages will this hurt his citizenship?
