I have been in a failed marriage for about 7 years. My husband is self employed and provides for the family but we have no communication or relationship. I wanted to divorce 3 years ago but i stuck with it for my three girls. Three years ago our finances were better, but now that the economy is hurt, so it my husband's business. WHile i would like to file for divorce, i know that the courts would say that my share of the business would not be much as business has been bad. So, now i feel like i have to stay in a failed marriage until business gets better so that i can secure more of a cushion for me and my girls. This economy is actually keeping me in a marriage i dont want. Its forcing me to cohabitate with a man i dont love. I just wanted to vent. Thanks.

If its just co-habitating, then i would stick with it. You and your husband are serving a common goal, your children. Seek counseling and if that works then great. If not, then separate when business gets better. Its not all bad.

i agree with finz, co-habitating saves money and could put you into a better financial situation. That is of course, unless you are suffering from verbal or physical abuse.
No is not the time to be looking for work, especially if you have been out of teh job market for a while.

It depends what kind of clay you are using, the kind that gets really hard won't have too much problems standing up. Anyway, what always helps is if you have your figures holding some items and accesoires that can lean on the ground. I made one figure that has a little cauldron (cos it's a witch) that she leans on with 1 hand. Another of mine has a sword which touches the ground, another has a very wide and long dress which makes the bottom area also bigger.

Friend of mine was in the same situation. She got divorced and within 14 months was engaged again to a wealthier guy.
