I have TONS of information that proves that there is significant judicial misconduct, ineffective counsel and a number of other elements that would basically render a judge's ruling void, it has been "Appealed" however, it was described as a "Pathetic Attempt" and the element of the law that are required to render this "Termination of parental rights" HAVE NOT Been met and i do need some assistance in getting this reversed or vacated!!!
this directly affects the well-being of a minor child,so i would really appreciate input on this.

sister blue, i wonder what actual proofs you offered to the court on appeal. Judicial misconduct, if proven should be sufficient to obtain a re-hearing or appropriate judicial review. Ultimately, courts looks to what's in the best interest of a minor, when issuing an opinion. I'd like to know why the court of appeals stayed on the lower court's decision if what you say is true.

No, the state did not prove by clear and convincing evidence that it was in the minor child's best interest,i have established that. THe "Order" is basically a character assassination, citing that i supposedly did that and that and supposedly did not do this and that and that i was some nut case who did not know which end was up and other ridiculous assertions that were unsupported testimony, lacking exhibits, specific examples, witnesses, and other means of solid proof.
The appeals court "Affirmed" the order,however, if one were to read each document, you can clearly see that it is almost VERBATIM From the "Trial" court's decision. NONE OF THE ISSUES I ASKED THE APPELLATE ATTORNEY APPEARED in their decision, NOT ONE!!
i never met, or spoke to or discussed the strategy that i wanted her to take, and she even IGNORED An e-mail sent to her requesting a meeting with her.
I can discuss this in more detail in private messages, if you need to get "up close and personal" but basically the "Termination' was done just to get rid of me, since they just got sick of dealing with me. I have a friend whose son was taken several months ago and she is already in trial. My case dragged on and on for over 2.5 years before i got this 3-ring circus called a trial.
the requirements that the judge make a determination early on that "Reasonable efforts" were not working, were failing or that i was non-compliant within 6 months of the case was not met!!
Again, i have numerous issues that i need help with that do not need to be in the public eye, i believe that the state has made some serious errors to THE DETRIMENT of the well-being of my son, and i am in need of ways to be able to do something about it, since NO BODY"S RIGHTS can be "Terminated"!!
