Another attorney has claimed that he represents my client in an attempt to claim a refund due to my client. I confronted the other attorney and he appologized. I would like to grieve the attorney, but would like to know what other think. Would you grieve an attorney that appoligized for an obvious intentional mistake or would you let it slide?
