I have a client that wants to do a backgorund check on all new hires. Can someone share some language?

Want a release for employment, credit and criminal check and anything else you can recommend.

Reease of Credit Information
Pursuant to the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended, 15 USC 1681 et seq., notice is hereby given that the ______LLC (“Employer”) may obtain a consumer credit report regarding the Applicant or Employee and may use this report in making employment decisions that affect the Applicant or Employee.
The Applicant/Employee authorizes the Employer to obtain a consumer credit report regarding the Applicant/Employee from a consumer reporting agency pursuant to the U.S. Fair Credit Reporting Act, as amended, 15 USC 1681 et seq.
