An attorney proffer letter should be written by the attorney summarizing the discussions with the accused. It should be very general and encourage the prosecutor to drop the case. If you word it correctly, the letter shoudl make it sound like there is no case and that it would be a waste of time to go after the accused. Advise: dont lock yourself into any answers.
