Don't get me wrong, drunk driving is not a good thing. But, the laws are way out of control. They are going way too far. Since these harsher law have been enacted, there is no significant change in the accident toll. Its MADD using the government to get revenenge for mis-placed feelings. The group is netting over 40 million a year after paying all their lobbyists and for other activities. They have become a special interest that is out of control.
