My situation is that I got arrested some time back for supposedly violating a restrainng order. The problem is that I got served the restraining oder after the fact that I got arrested. I litterally got served the order while being fingerprinted and photographed. I spent the whole weekend in jail because this happend on a Friday. Is this legal? Would I have any case against the police?

you were arrested for violating the restraining order that you never received? Sounds like that is your defense. Problem is their error cant undo your time in jail.

This is what you do. Tell her that you are 14, not 17, and that you are going to tell the police that she gave you pornography (point out that corruption of minors is still a felony) unless she stops contacting you. That should put the fear of God into her and she should stay away from you. But if she doesn't and she still harasses you, you need to go to the police and tell them that you are being harassed by an adult who has sent you dirty pictures and is stalking you. Your mom then will have to know and you probably will have to go to court, although the police may be able to handle it without you.
