If after I left state charges were brought against me, how do I proceed?

You need to contact an attorney
in the state the charges were filed. Then you can turn yourself in voluntarily and work toward a resolution in the matter.

The charges were trespass to land and theft of property. I contacted an attorney but i can not afford the hire as i need a $5,000 retainer and i cant afford it as i am newly unemployed. I need some pro bono services in Indiana, the state were the charges were brought.
