2nd MIP in Florida - Help!!!! 2 Years, 10 Months ago
On July 1st i got my 2nd MIP in Florida. I got my first one approximately 7 months ago and I was still on Non-Reporting probation from the first MIP. I am now 17 years old.

I am just looking for any honest answers on what could/might happen to me. My court date is Thursday the 30th at 1:30pm. I am very nervous. What are some possible outcomes???

Any help would be great

Probation is by county. If you hire a lawyer (or obtain a court-appointed laywer) your lawyer should be able to find out what the probation officer's recommendation will be, although the recommendation is sometimes not available until the day before the court hearing.

Look for the court to require possibly county jail, periodic breath tests, AA, community service, and probation. And oh yeah, stop drinking!
