So, Paris Hilton went to jail and was suppose to spend something like 28 days, with good time credit. But, she was release after about a week because the stress of it all was too much, is this what I am to understand? The last time I checked, jail was suppose to be stressful, unless you are Martha Stewart. Why is it she can get out early, but every other slug is stuck, because she is rich and famous. Too bad, I say.
Look, she got a drunk driving. It was reduced to alcohol related reckless driving. Her license was suspended for 90 days, but, she got busted twice for driving while on a suspended license. Now can anybody explain to me why anyone worth some $30 million dollars can't get somone to drive them around for a few weeks. She has the means to stay off the road, why should she be allowed to abuse the law. If she were broke and needed to get to work, that's one thing, but she was generally just out and about shopping, get a limo for god sake is what I say, if shereally needs to go buy more crap with the limitless amount of money she has. I think they should have given her more time? Thoughts on this? If it were someone that really needed to drive, I think the punishment was too harsh, but someone that has nothing to do, and all the money in the world to make it through 90 days without driving should have no excuse. Agree or Disagree?
And to make matters worse, she gets out of jail and calls the judge to tell him that she is going to attend her court hearing by conference call. If I were the judge I would be mad as hell. Its a complete and utter lack of respect to the bench. She has to be crazy.
