Tax Scandal's Mystery Man 3 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Business Week has a great story about a Financial Advisor/Consultant Mario Staggl (43-years-old) from Switzerland who helped many US business men commit tax fraud. This guy is a fugitive from US justice and his country will not extradict him as tax evasion is not a serious crime for the Swiss. I know where I am moving to!

This is the area of law EVERYONE should go into! Wallstreet Journal has an article nearly everyday about some fraud scheme. What area of law would this be considered?

These advisors that help people/investors/homebuyers or whomever, are everywhere. Its unbelieveable. These advisors are esstentially giving legal advice with no idea what crimes they are committing and getting their clients in trouble. I don't understand why people think they can play lawyer -- no one ever trys to play doctor (all puns aside).
