After obtaining a judgment against an LLC, am I entitled to subpoena the two members individual returns from the CPA? The only two members are husband and wife. The CPA represents the individuals and the LLC.
This is what I have done and opposing counsel is objecting to my subpoena as it pertains to the individuals. She may be right. I have withdrawn the subpoena while I research the issue.
Also, do I need to file a separate complaint against the members, or can I simply ask the trial court to pierce the corporate veil and let me go directly at the members?

I believe that you need to bring a new suit naming the members of the LLC (and any other parties, if applicable). If they had been included in the original suit, in addition to the LLC, the issues in question as they relate to the LLC and as they relate to the members, after overcoming the piercing argument, would be part of your judgment.
