I'm studing from th e2010 United States Patent and Trademark Office Registration Examination (which is the actual Patent Bar Exam) via the simulation software and has about 3500 questions. I'm hoping this is enough to prepare for the patent bar. Anyone study the prior patent bar exams alone? Were you prepared for the patent bar? Do i need to study other sources too?

The Patent Bar is no big deal. You dont even need to be licensed to take the Patent Bar. 3500 questions is more than what people study for the bar exam.
If you take a representative sample of the questions, you likely only need to run thru 1000 questions. Definitely, use the USPTO Registration Examination.

You may type directly into the form on your computer in the Application Form (PTO 158)*, Undertaking Form (PTO 275)*, and the Credit Card Authorization form (FORM PTO 2038). After typing the information into the form on your computer, print the form(s) locally at your printer, sign the forms and submit in accordance with the instructions in the General Requirements Bulletin .
