MINNESOTA ADMISSION ON MOTION

Attorneys are admitted to the practice of law in Minnesota in one of these three ways:

By examination. (See above.)
By years of practice--five of the seven years immediately preceding the application. (See Board of Law Examiners Rules for complete information regarding eligibility for admission.)
By scaled MBE score of 145 or higher, taken within 24 months of applying in Minnesota. (See Board of Law Examiners Rules for complete information on eligibility.)

What if you have only been practicing 5 years? According to the site, it says 5 of the last 7. Will they consider exceptions? Or letters of good standing>

the ABA chart attached to n. kaffer's post doesnt state that in order to be motioned into a particular bar, you will need to also provide a letter of good standing from the bar you are transferring from.
