any news on how the health care reform will impact suits against health care professionals, insurers, and hospitals? Is there more or less immunity?

Here is your first sign of lawsuits: Texas and Florida are suing the federal government over the health care reform. Doesnt look like there is any governmental immunity.

The TX and FL lawsuits are a joke. What ever happened to the soverign immunity status? Since when can one branch of goverment sue another branch. This country is beginning to become a joke to the rest of the world.

The joke is that Obama thinks that his health care reform will improve health care, when the reality is that I think when people finally look at the underlying details of Obama's health care reform they will find out details, such as the Mayo Clinic will no longer take Medicare; ,CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid will no longer take Medicaid; but no one has read the 2000 page bill that they shoved down our throats and they are relying on the premise that people will believe whatever they are told and read in the media.

Thats why the tea party movement is becoming a separate and independent party, and not just a tea party movement!
