Academic suspension 9 Years, 9 Months ago
I have a GPA of 3.11 and a 163 on my LSAT. I'm applying to Boston College law school and I added addendums regarding an academic suspension from school (guilty of plagiarism) and I have a DUI from another state.

The plagiarism happened in my home state the DUI in another. My question is, do I need to report the out of home state infraction? What are the potential ramifications of reporting/not reporting it? I just feel that so many strikes against me, no matter how minor, will even keep me out of fall back schools.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Yeah, all "infractions" need to be disclosed. If they catch you lying on an application its an automatic dismissal. Your best shot is to be honest and take your lumps!

How old is the infraction? I agree with 1001 Loock that everything must be disclosed. Otherwise you really run the risk of not being honest.

If you have any shot at gaining an admit to law school you better practice full disclosure and add an explaination!
