How many years of practice is required before you can put in for a judgeship? I heard it was 5 years, but I was just wondering if that's federally mandated or does it change from State to State? Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable

I dont think you need experience to be a judge. They are usually elected or appointed. I think years of experience only matters for the US Supreme Court. Enter code here Please note, although no boardcode and smiley buttons are shown, they are still useable
