Just wanted to share with others that anyone that purchased MS Office on or after 8/1/2010 will also be eligible to get a free upgrade to Office 2011 when it's released in late October 2010. I don't think that the cheap academic versions of Office that you can usually find at your school are eligible for the upgrade but you can get the full version from Microsoft's website for $119 with a working @edu email.

Here is the link http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/Office2008/office-2011-upgrade.mspx
