I second MQwik. My prof reviewed and edited my resume. I just took him out for lunch to reciprocate. Lunch was still cheaper than resumereview.com

Having a teacher review your resume is great. One step better would be to find a prof that also sits on the admissions board so that s/he can tell you what the admission's committee looks for.

Careerbuilder.com and monster.com both has resume review services. Both are at minimal to no cost. I will have a prof review and then use careerbuilder or monster.com before you pay the big dollars elsewhere.
